Store Credit

• Member can earn $1 Store Credit for every HK$100 spent. (Conversion ratio would be HK$1 = $1 Store Credit) ;
  
• Store Credit will be issued once the order status is "Completed".
• Store Credit can be used upon single net purchase of HK$8,000, maximum amount of store credits applied is 12% of the total order amount
• E.g. Customer can only apply up to $960 store credits when total order over $8000 (Except for specific items)(*Remarks);
• Unutilized store credit will be retained in your membership account for further consumption in the future until store credit expiry (if any);
• There's no expiry date for the store credit (Except for New join member store credits, birthday store credit and store credits giveaway during specific event) ;
• No validity extension will be offered to the store credit. Please consumed all store credit amount before its expiry ;
• Store credit cannot be converted back to cash nor extended the validity;
• Any Store Credit transfer into your membership account will be notified by email ;
• Only the net actual purchase amount (net of deducting the Store Credit from gross purchase amount) will be refunded for order cancellation, store credits earned from that order would be deducted;
• Store Credit will not be refunded in case of cancellation of orders or return.
• ASVIDA reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate this activity at any time.

*Remarks: Not applicable to specific orders such as custom-made order, setting services, repair, loose stones, exchanged items and discounted items. 

Birthday Store Credit

• Birthday Store Credit will auto transfer to your membership account on your birthday (According to the birthday entered by member).
• Member will be given $100 as Birthday Store Credit
• Birthday Store Credit is valid for 30 days. No validity extension will be offered to the birthday store credit.
• Birthday Store Credit only eligible to shop in ASVIDA Website ;
• Birthday Store Credit can be used upon single net purchase of HK$8,000, maximum amount of store credits applied is 12% of the total order amount
  E.g. Customer can only apply up to $800 store credits when total order over $8000 (Except for specific items)(*Remarks);;
• Birthday Store Credit will auto transfer to your membership account on your birthday and valid for 30 days.
• Birthday Store credit cannot be converted back to cash;
• ASVIDA reserves the right to change, modify, suspend or terminate this activity at any time.
