After you have made a purchase, you can choose to pick up the goods at the showroom, or collect the products with SF Express.
1. Make an appointment to pick up the goods at the showroom
The showroom is open from Monday to Friday 1030-1930, Saturday 1030-1600 (closed on Sundays and public holidays). Please pick up the goods within six months after ordering. Please notify us as soon as possible for overdue pick-up. We have the right to deal with the overdue order. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
2. SF Express Delivery
We provide SF Express delivery service, and the risk arising from the delivery process shall be borne by the customer
3. Worldwide Shipping Service
We can ship to all parts of the world, please consult us if you have any enquiries.
You are able to track the status of your order when you purchase products at ASVIDA. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a dispatch notice email with an order tracking number and the tracking link of the shipping company selected.
ASVIDA will not be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. E,g. Any force majeure factors (including factors such as pandemic, weather or traffic).
We shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping (no matter which shipping method you select). Products with damage caused by shipping cannot be exchanged and are not refundable. Customers shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using mail service.
