Please read before purchase:

  1. Each diamond is naturally formed in the natural environment, and each diamond is different. ASVIDA will select natural diamonds that meet our quality for use in our products.
  2. Pearls are formed naturally in the natural environment and cannot be completely flawless in the artificial sense. While ensuring the luster and color, we will try our best to choose high-quality pearls with relatively minor flaws. We also do not guarantee flawless perfectionists. 
  3. Our inlaid jewelry is all 18K gold/AU750, neither gold-plated nor gold-clad, no plating,  and most people are not allergic. 
  4. ASVIDA accepts any type of customized jewelry design, which takes about 6-8 weeks (depending on the style); please refer to the customization process for details. Our store also provides gem setting services. Customers can bring their own gems to be set by us. However, there are certain risks in the setting process. Our store will never guarantee that there will be no possibility of damage. Customers are also required to sign a disclaimer before we can enter the customization process. , we will not be responsible for any damage caused by inlay, please contact us via Facebook/ Instagram/ Whatsapp.
  5. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
  6. We shall not be liable or responsible for loss or damage caused by shipping (no matter which shipping method you select). Products with damage caused by shipping cannot be exchanged and are not refundable. Customers shall bare the full responsibility of losing items by using mail service.
